Third Quarterly Meeting 2007

80 attendees participated in GUFC's Third Quarterly Meeting, held August 9th at the Gwinnett Environmental and Heritage Center in Buford. The topic was "Trees and Utilities," and speakers included Consulting Arborist Hugh Tyer, Jimmy Etheridge of the Georgia Transmission Corp., Susan Avent of the Georgia Transmission Corp, Scott Souder of Georgia Power and Victor Hurst of Snapping Shoals EMC. Dale Jaeger of Jaeger and Co. gave a talk and tour of their award-winning design of the landscaping around the facility.
